2026 Storm Drain Marking

Thanks again to Marlene Loader and Mike Perley for co-ordinating this years storm drain marking programme with Cypress Park Elementary and Eagle Harbour Monessori schools.

Such great groups of students ....very keen and wanting to spread the word re storm drain education! 

Each class had only 15 students ..small groups! Kids loved running up putting door hangers on houses even more than pounding the fish ..lol ! 

Thank you to all the streamkeeper  volunteers and especially today for Mikes effort to find drains and maps for the Eagle Harbour area 

Both days were a great success and the weather especially today was  amazing! ....no rain out days to have to fall back on Grade 3 

Cypress Park Elementary marked 30 drains and hung 50 flyers!

Eagle Harbour Montessori marked 47 drains and hung 90 flyers!
